A group of glass handling kiln renovation is a diversified group integrating energy, new energy, finance and investment. It can yield an annual output of 320,000 tons product. Domestically, it is a pioneer in the industry providing kiln renovation technologies and petroleum coke powders for big factories of glass. Since then, in the following 7 years, grinding mills manufactured by Guilin Hongcheng for the preparation of petroleum coke powders had been using into all of this company’s kiln renovation projects. Not only did all devices complete the production task successfully, but also all of them ran very smoothly, which was the most significant thing. They could greatly reduce company’s operating costs and bring better market benefits due to low energy consumption and small damage.

“We mainly use impact grinding mills to obtain petroleum coke powders before our cooperation with Hongcheng. However, it is found that impact grinding mills have gradually become our production burden because of a relatively low output, high energy consumption, and high maintenance cost of wearing parts. In 2008, after field visits and market researches, we found that Guilin Hongcheng, with very rich production experience in the field of grinding mills and mature technologies, could fully meet our requirements for production. In 2008, our company brought four grinding mills for petroleum coke powder making from Hongcheng to produce projectile coke powders. After being put into production, they ran very smoothly. The output was very high, the energy consumption was low, and the wearing parts could be replaced only once a year, thus saving millions of electricity fees every year and greatly reducing labor and operating costs. Obviously, the market benefits are very optimistic.”
