The Project of Petroleum Coke of Large Glass Melting Furnace
Raw materials: projectile coke
Fineness of finished product: 200 mesh D96
Quantity and type: 3 sets of HC1700 grinding mills for petroleum coke
Annual output : 300,000 tons (6 sets)
Project overviews:
Petroleum coke is a very important fuel system in the transformation project of glass melting furnace. The glass melting furnace is the most energy-consuming equipment in the production line of glass. The fuel cost accounts for about 35% to 50% of the total cost. Fuel is a very important factor in the project. Once the glass melting furnace is ignited, it cannot be extinguished until the furnace is overhauled (3-5 years). Therefore, only the continuous addition of fuel can maintain the furnace temperature in the furnace. In the glass industry, it is generally necessary to equip a professional grinding mill to prepare fuels that meet the requirements so as to ensure continuous production. In order to better meet the process requirements, our engineers chose the open-circuit system to reduce the moisture of the product. According to the process requirements, hot air with a temperature of 300 °C can be passed into the ultrafine mill system. So, as we can see, both drying and grinding can be realized in the same machine.
Client feedback:
“The technical R&D team and after-sales team are very professional. Their work attitude is respectable. They went to our company to visit our grinding project of petroleum coke. Combined with the current situation, the HC1700 grinding mill is upgraded. So, hot air with a temperature of 300 °C can be passed into the grinding mill system. As we can see, both drying and grinding can be realized in the same machine, which greatly improves our output and efficiency of pulverizing. At the same time, on the job site, there is little dust spill out. The workshop is clean and tidy, and the noise is small. This kind of machine is high-output, high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, intelligence-control and advanced.”
