It can be divided into several major steps of crushing, grinding, grading and powder collection. The crusher crushes the material into the required feed size, and the material after grinding is fed into the center of the rotating mill plate by the air lock feeding equipment. The material moves to the periphery of the grinding plate and enters the grinding roller path under the action of centrifugal force. Meanwhile, the material is squeezed, milled, sheared and crushed under the pressure of the roller. After grinding, the material is blown up by high speed airflow, the coarse powder will be blown back to the grinding plate to be reground, and the suspended material can be dried at the same time.
