Features:

2.HCM mill does not require an external oil pump or lubrication station, and an internal oil pump is installed inside the machine, which can lubricate the main shaft bearing and the conical gear shaft bearing, automatically supply oil, reduce transmission resistance; the circulating water cooling system ensures the constant temperature of the main shaft and bearing, and extends the equipment service life. 

 

3.The special structure design of the grinding roller and the grinding ring, the curved surface can change the blade, improve the grinding efficiency and save cost. The blade material of the grinding shovel is made of high wear-resistant alloy for long service life.  

 

4.The curved blade can help the material to the vertical surface, so that the upper, middle and lower parts of the grinding ring of the grinding roller can be ground, so that it is evenly worn, it also increases the effective working area and output simultaneously. The granularity of the finished product is adjustable and controllable, high powder selection efficiency.

 

5.The analyzer rotating speed using frequency conversion control for accurate rotating speed and superior powder separation, the isolated cyclone powder collector and the powder selection efficiency are greatly improved, and the isolation structure between the inner cylinder and the mixed gas and powder flow is effective.

 

6.HCM Raymond roller mill has low operating noise and is equipped with an advanced dust collector. The entire airflow system is closed and circulating, and it circulates under positive and negative pressure. The unique air self-circulation system greatly reduces the amount of external air exhaust, reduces dust.
