The composition of HCH Ultra-fine Grinding Mill 

The ultrafine grinding mill includes crusher, bucket elevator, storage bin, vibrating feeder, micro-grinding host, frequency conversion classifier, double cyclone powder collector, pulse dust removal system, High-pressure blower, air compressor, electrical control system.

 


The Working Principle:

When working, the main motor drives the main shaft and the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the dial drive the grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway. The large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by the hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by the elevator, and then sent to the bulk material tray on the upper part of the turntable through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feeding pipe.

 

The material is scattered to the periphery of the circle under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, and is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. After three-layer ring processing, it becomes fine powder. The high-pressure blower removes the external air through suction. Inhale into the machine, and bring the crushed material into the powder concentrator. The rotating impeller in the powder classifier makes the coarse materials fall back and regrind. The fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged from the discharge valve at the lower part of the cyclone as the finished product.
