Raymond roller mill is suitable for grinding a wide range of non-metallic raw materials such as marble, coal powder, slag, white ash, feldspar, quartz, Gypsum, barite, limestone, ceramics, slag and other non-flammable and explosive mining, for metallurgy, chemical, building materials and other industries with Mohs hardness under 7 and humidity below 6%. For powder processing, the final particle size can be adjusted in the range of 80-400 mesh.

Mill Characteristics:

1. Compared with other congeneric mills, the output is up to 30 % in the same energy consumption conditions,

6. The mill adopts overlapping sealing with good sealing performance for minimum dust and noise.  

 

The crushed material enters to the grinding cavity, it is pulverized by the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The pulverized powder is brought into the analyzer with the circulating air of the blower, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone with the airflow, and the large particles fall back to be reground. The circulating air returns to the blower to repeat the above process, and the residual air enters the bag filter for purification.

 

How about the Raymond Mill Working Principle? Raymond roller mill adopts a vertical structure which takes a small footprint. It is mainly composed of a main mill, an analysis machine, a pipeline device, a blower, a finished cyclone separator, a jaw crusher, a bucket elevator, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and an electric control motor. And the main mill is composed of frame, inlet volute, blade, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover and motor. All the above components are made of high-quality materials, with exquisite production technology and rigorous processing flow, which improves the stability of the entire milling equipment.

 

In the main Raymond mill, the grinding roller assembly is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through the cross arm shaft. The grinding roller hanger is fixedly connected with the main shaft and the blade holder. The pressure spring is on the outer end of the cantilever of the grinding roller bearing chamber, with the cross arm shaft as the fulcrum. The grinding roller is forced to press tightly on the inner surface of the grinding ring. When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the transmission device, the blade mounted on the blade holder rotates synchronously with the grinding roller, and the grinding roller rotates while rolling on the inner ring of the grinding ring. The motor drives the impeller of the analyzer through the transmission device. The higher the speed of the impeller, the finer the sorted powder.
