HCH Ultra-fine Grinding Mill for the Powder Making of Bentonite

Applicable materials:

This kind of grinding mill is widely used to grind various non-metallic minerals with a Mohs hardness below 7 and a moisture below 6%. It is suitable to grind and process materials like talc, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, potash feldspar, bentonite, kaolin, graphite, carbon, etc.

Application range:

    It is not difficult for us to find their powders applied in various fields such as, electric power, metallurgy, cement, chemical industry, powder making in non-metallic minerals, foods, medicines, etc.

The Working Principle of HCH 1395 Ultra-fine Grinding Mill

 

a. Raw materials will be crushed into particles<10mm prior to grinding. 

b. Particles10mm are elevated to the hopper by bucket elevator. 

c. Particles10mm to be ground are feed quantitatively into the grinding chamber by the feeder. 

d. Particles are pulverized and ground by multi-layers rollers in the grinding chamber, and the ground powders fall down into the bottom table by gravity.

e. Under the airflow effect of the blower, powders are blown into the classifier above the main unit for screening. Unqualified powders fall down into the main mill to regrind, while qualified powders flow into the pulse dust collector with wind.

f. After being collecting, finished products are discharged through the discharge valve.

g. The purified airflow flows into the blower through the after-wind pipe above the pulse dust collector.

h. The wind path is in circulation. And from the blower to the grinding chamber,  airflow is under positive pressure, while the airflow in the other pipelines flows under negative pressure. Consequently, no dust is leaked, and the workshop can basically guarantee dust-free operation.
